The Affiliate membership program for the Mid Carolina Regional Association of REALTORS® provides a platform to connect and build valuable working relationships with over 700 members of the association.
Our flat rate program allows for the affiliate members to choose the events and sponsorship opportunities that appeal to them.

Affiliate Membership Benefits
- Ability to sponsor REALTOR® events
- Access to membership roster with member email and contact information
- Preferred & recommended use of the Affiliate's services by association membership
- Use of large conference room to host lunch and learn events or other training events for MCRAR members (must be scheduled in advance)
- Ability to teach or host a member breakfast or lunch
- Each individual affiliate member will have access to all quarterly membership lunches at no charge
- Inclusion on the MCRAR website with logo and company information
- Business cards displayed in association office
- Affiliate directory included in all new member orientation packets
Advertising & Sponsorship Opportunities
New Member Orientation
(6) opportunities per year. The fee will cover the cost of lunch for the new members and allows the sponsor 10 minutes to address the group during lunch.
Quarterly Luncheons
(3) opportunities per year;
Option 1) Table (maximum of 4 tables at any one luncheon) Sponsor is allowed to bring 1 guest.
Option 2) Table and lunch sponsorship. Tent cards on each table to acknowledge sponsor. Allows for one table set up and recognition at the luncheon with 10 minutes to address the group. Lunch sponsor will be listed on advance notices of the luncheon. Limited to one sponsor per luncheon
Installation Luncheon
One sponsor in each category acknowledged in program and opening remarks:
Option 1) Dessert Sponsor
Option 2) Awards Sponsor
Continuing Education
Option 1) Lunch Sponsor
Option 2) Afternoon Break Sponsor (Cookies/Pastries)
Option 3) Beverage Sponsor (Coffee/Tea/Soda)
Sponsor signage on tables for food items and verbal acknowledgement at the start of the class. Sponsor will be allowed to set up a table outside of class to distribute company materials if desired.
Annual affiliate membership dues are $250 per affiliate member. This rate is prorated by half after September 1st.
